Meet Dawn
It is my wish to introduce people to the mental and physical benefits of yoga and to share with them how they can include a yoga practice in their daily lives no matter their age or lifestyle. I enjoy customizing my yoga classes to the students’ needs and allowing them to explore the various aspects of the practice.
