Cherishing those Chai Tea Muffins

Usually on Memorial Day Weekend I am planning cookouts and outdoor get togethers but not for 2021! The temperatures plummeted 20 degrees and it rained, rained, rained. Thus, I changed my plans, and brought out one of my all time favorite muffin recipes....Chai Tea Muffins....easy, quick and oh so delicious with a cup of tea on a rainy afternoon. I have never met anyone that didn't like these, so even if you are not a Chai Tea person....try 'em. If my picky daughter Isabella loves just might like them too. And to all those who have lost loved ones to war or who have loved ones serving now...thank you for your service and your sacrifice.
